STUDIO CÔTÉ COUR
Sunny studio on the 1st floor, with a charming balcony, overlooking the courtyard
Studio Côté Cour measures 35m². The sleeping area has two super comfortable single beds and a 3rd which slides out if needed, a good sized wardrobe, TV and a colonial style ceiling fan. There is a dining corner and a fully fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware and of course pots and pans. Bathroom with large shower, washbasin & toilet. We offer free Wifi access.
A covered balcony with café table overlooks the courtyard. An ideal place for breakfast, or for your apéritif in the late afternoon sun.
Our kitchens offer a basic stock of coffee & tea. Bathrooms will have bathmats and cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided, but we would like you to bring your own beach towels. Iron & board available as well as a baby bed and high chair (free upon request). Shared laundry room with washing machine (free of use). Small pets are welcome (max. 1).

INFORMATION
How many guests - Studio Côté Cour can accommodate up to three persons (single beds, each 90x200cm).
Plus - Situated on the first floor of the house, Studio Côté Cour has its own entrance, livingspace, kitchen & bathroom. It is often rented together with the Studio Côté Port, also on the first floor. Rented together, the two studios offer the perfect solution for a family with teenage children or for two couples, who prefer their own space, but like to be near each other.
RENTAL PRICE includes utilities and taxes. We offer 15% discount for a fortnight or longer.
Extra: End of stay cleaning for the studio is 30 euros.
