| MEZE RENTAL information 'Studio Côté Port / Rue'
Studio Apartment " Côté Port / Rue " is on the first floor of Nr. 8 Rue des Salins. It measures 32m² and sleeps 2 adults comfortably. The Studio is brand new and fully furnished with a double bed (140 x 200) and a pull-out sofabed (120 x 200) for a possible 3rd guest. Dining area,TV, DVD, CD, Internet (WiFi ), portable ventilator. Two small balconies overlook Rue des Salins. A fully fitted kitchen offers a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and a basic stock of coffee & tea, as well as clean kitchen towels. Bathroom with shower & toilet with bathmat and cleaning producs. Iron & board available as well as a baby bed (free upon request). Washing machine, vacuum cleaner. Use of the garage to store your beach gear, buggies, bicycles and other sports equipment. Rental prices for 2009
General conditions: Our studios and apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, all year round. Arrivals are ideally planned for Satuday afternoon and departures for Saturday morning. Following your decision to be a guest at Nr. 8 Rue des Salins, you wil receive a simple seasonal lease agreement. Your reservation will become effective with a 30% deposit and the balance will be due one month prior to your arival. Prices mentioned include all taxes, heating, water & electricity. Bed linen can be provided at 7 Euro per bed per week (upon request). Beach and bathtowels are not provided so you will need to bring these yourself. A guarantee of 100 Euro in cash will be asked upon arrival. This amount will be returned at departure, when checking out. The end of stay cleaning fee of 15 Euro p.h. will be withheld from this amount, and an equivalent for possible small breakage, should this be the case. Please check that your own home insurance is valid for your stay in
