MEZE RENTAL:  Double groundfloor apartment 

Offering room for 6 guests, the smart double ground floor apartment with its own secluded private courtyard is also accessible for guests with reduced mobility (entrance ramp and adjusted bathroom). Total surface of 120m2 is composed of:  

“l’Atelier”, a 40m² studio which has a large modern kitchen (including dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer), a dining area and a comfortable daybed which converts into a double bed. TV, DVD and WiFi connection. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Plenty of cupboard space.

L’atelier gives direct access to a charmingly furnished 40m² private courtyard with a fountain and luxurious mediterrranean plants, offering shade in summer and the possibility to seat 12 people for dinner. The courtyard leads to a lovely small house:

The “Casa Barbara” has a 40m² groundfloor with a living room with practical sofabeds for 2 to 3 guests, a breakfast table, small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and a dressing room. Up the stairs is a mezzanine with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200). The Casa Barbara has air conditioning and a colonial ceiling fan to keep you cool in the hot season. TV and DVD,  boardgames and plenty of books.

Our kitchens offer a basic stock of coffee & tea, as well as clean kitchen towels. Bathrooms will have clean bathmats and cleaning products. Iron & board available as well as a baby bed (free upon request). Shared laundry room with washing machine (free of use). Use of the garage to store your beach gear, buggies, bicycles and other sports equipment.

General conditions: Our studios and apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, all year round.  Arrivals are ideally planned for Satuday afternoon and departures for Saturday morning. Following your decision to be a guest at Nr. 8 Rue des Salins, you wil receive a simple seasonal lease agreement. Your reservation will become effective with a 30% deposit and the balance will be due one month prior to your arrival. Prices mentioned include all taxes, heating, water & electricity. Bed linen can be provided at 7 Euro per bed per week (upon request). Beach and bathtowels are not provided so you will need to bring these yourself. A guarantee of 100 Euro in cash will be asked upon arrival. This amount will be returned at departure, when checking out. The end of stay cleaning fee of 15 Euro p.h. will be withheld from this amount plus, in case of small breakage or damage,  an equivalent amount. Please check that your own home insurance is valid for your stay in France, to cover any other damage you or your children might cause. Small dogs are welcome in our house.
