Holiday rental in the Hérault of two fully furnished self-contained studios, one 2-bedroom apartment and a fabulous double apartment with its own courtyard on the groundfloor of an old and recently renovated fisherman’s house in the harbour of Mèze, one of the oldest small fishing towns in the South of France. To let independently or together, the Mèze Rental studios each sleep 2/3 persons,  the apartment can sleep up to 5 persons and the groundfloor has room for 6 grown ups comfortably. Our  studios  and apartments have  modern kitchens and bathrooms, TV, DVD and the house has Internet WiFi connection if you need to stay in touch.  Shared  laundry room and garage for parking  beach gear, bicycles, buggies and sports equipment.  Baby beds and extra mattrasses available upon request.  Our groundfloor apartment is also wheel-chair friendly. Mèze is located in the Hérault province along the Etang de Thau by the Mediterranean Sea, about 25 km SW of Montpellier, between Sète and Agde, in the Languedoc Rousillon.  Harbour, local shops, restaurants and the market are just around the corner. 12'000m² of child-friendly sandy beaches 5 minutes on foot and free public parking also within easy walking distance.

The immediate surroundings offer plenty of fun, visits to historical places, sporting excursions and of course the famous Mediterranean kitchen accompanied by the renowned Languedoc wines.

General conditions: Our studios and apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, all year round.  Arrivals are ideally planned for Satuday afternoon and departures for Saturday morning. Following your decision to be a guest at Nr. 8 Rue des Salins, you wil receive a simple seasonal lease agreement. Your reservation will become effective with a 30% deposit and the balance will be due one month prior to your arrival. Prices mentioned include all taxes, heating, water & electricity. Bed linen can be provided at 7 Euro per bed per week (upon request). Beach and bathtowels are not provided so you will need to bring these yourself. A guarantee of 100 Euro in cash will be asked upon arrival. This amount will be returned at departure, when checking out. The end of stay cleaning fee of 15 Euro p.h. will be withheld from this amount plus, in case of small breakage or damage,  an equivalent amount. Please check that your own home insurance is valid for your stay in France, to cover any other damage you or your children might cause. Small dogs are welcome in our house.
